What warranty do you offer?
All our pre-built systems come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering hardware defects. We also offer extended warranty options up to 3 years. Individual components carry their respective manufacturer warranties.
How long does a custom build take?
Standard builds typically ship within 5-7 business days. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee. We'll provide you with a timeline when you place your order.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with major financing providers to offer flexible payment plans. Depending on your purchase amount, you may qualify for 0% APR financing for 12-24 months. Details are available at checkout.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unopened systems in original packaging. Opened systems can be returned within 14 days if they're in resalable condition. Custom builds are non-returnable once shipped. See our full policy in the footer.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to all 50 US states and Canada. International shipping to other countries is available for select items. Contact us for a shipping quote to your location.
How do I know which system is right for me?

Are your components new or refurbished?
All components in our systems are brand new unless specifically listed as refurbished. Refurbished items are clearly marked and come with the same warranty as new components.
